Job Description About the role:

As theLead EHS Business Partner, you will support all EHS compliance andcontinuous improvement activities across the Cambridge R D andVaccines site. This includes supporting EHS functions withinlaboratories, mechanical spaces, manufacturing areas and offices.

Maintaining EHS permits and licenses, performing requiredinspections and investigations, gathering and analyzing data forreports and EHS software management, providing and developingtraining, assembling metrics and supporting sustainabilityinitiatives will be core responsibilities. We ask that you have EHSproject and program ownership experience. You will report into theHead of EHS, Takeda Boston.

How you will contribute:

Lead andimprove EHS programs to ensure compliance with the latestregulations, best practices or corporate standards Work withcorporate EHS and Site Leadership Team, provide direction to otherTakeda departments and improve data integrity, and compile metricsfor internal or corporate reporting Facilitate the Management ofChange (MOC) process with Facilities, Lab Operations and otherpartners to capture changes within the business, provide directionregarding environmental program and compliance requirements Capturechanges and impacts to current management systems and providechanges Oversee EHS related third-party consultants andcontractors, monitor key performance metrics with service providersEnsure that all EHS related incidents are reported and investigatedto determine causes. Help establish and implement correctiveactions and make recommendations for areas needing improvement.

Track corrective actions to closure. Ability to lead complexinvestigations across the site Develop and deliver EHS training toall personnel by regulations and by Takeda standards and proceduresLead internal and coordinate external audits/inspections related tothe EHS program requirements for Takeda Gather and manage datarelated to the EHS programs working with other Takeda departments,consultants, and contractors; assemble and analyze data for reportsto State or Federal Agencies, follow up on inquiries from

Agencyrepresentatives Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Base Salary Range:

$111,800.00 – $175,670.00 The estimatedsalary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. Theactual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors,including the qualifications of the individual applicant for theposition, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills,level of education attained, certifications or other professionallicenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/orfrom which they will be performing the job.

The actual base salaryoffered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wagerequirements for the job location. U.S. based employees may beeligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.basedemployees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, visioninsurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term andlong-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuitionreimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays,and well-being benefits, among others.
