Full Job Description Job Description The Opportunity:
Saint Luke’s Radiation Therapy Clinic located on the campus of Saint Luke’s North is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to join our team. You will work to ensure patient confidentiality in all instances, while maintaining a pleasant and professional appearance and conduct.
Shift Details:
7:30am – 4:00pm
The Work:
Answers the telephone Communicates messages through email or Epic Greets, registers, and schedules patient appointments Makes appointment reminder calls Verifies insurance and other patient data is accurate Scans and/or uploads patient information to patients electronic chart We are seeking individuals who are able to provide backup for other positions and functions in the medical office including: medical records, scheduling, insurance verification, patient referrals, etc. and the ability to float between multiple locations as assigned.
