Lancaster Safety is currently looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and experienced Occupational Safety & Health Professional to join us part-time and represent our company in Kansas City, Missouri . If you’re bilingual (English/Spanish) and have a strong background in safety, this is your chance to help a variety of companies keep their employees safe and thrive in their safety culture.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver engaging OSHA compliance training to a variety of companies. (Subject matter based on your certification and expertise) Inspect and assess client worksites, identifying hazards and recommending corrective actions to improve safety compliance Consult with company owners ¸ managers, and supervisors to discuss safety issues, strategies, and best practices.

Location & Travel:

Based in Kansas City, Missouri , with travel across the state Some overnight travel may be required depending on project location

What We’re Looking For:

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required Must have an active LLC (or other business entity) in good standing Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or a related field At least 5 years of experience in an occupational safety role A passion for safety and the ability to engage with clients effectively Why Lancaster Safety?
