Bolivar, MO As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our organization. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your core responsibilities will include performing routine cleaning tasks, ensuring hygiene standards are met, and addressing any specific cleaning needs. Your attention to detail and time management skills will be vital in managing your workload efficiently. Additionally, your ability to work independently and as part of a team will enhance our overall operational effectiveness. Join us to contribute to a welcoming and pristine atmosphere for all. This position will be serving multiple properties within 30-45 minutes of Bolivar, Mo. Travel is required to these properties and a set schedule will be set during the hiring process. Areas include Bolivar, Buffalo, Humansville, Pleasant Hope, Urbana, Wheatland with the ability to take on more properties as desired.

• You will be responsible for cleaning community areas on a set schedule.
• You will be responsible for cleaning vacant units within a week of request from facility managers.
• You will have a regional supervisor who sets your schedule but on site managers who monitor your performance and job duties.

This position starts at $20/hour with all cleaning supplies provided by on site managers and kept at the facilities. Averaging 10-20 hours weekly. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning and sanitation practices Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction
