As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Safety Coordinator to help ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety across all levels of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor health and safety programs and policies. Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions. Organize and deliver safety training for employees and contractors. Maintain safety records and documentation in compliance with OSHA and company standards. Serve as a resource for all safety-related inquiries from employees and management. Support the development and implementation of emergency response plans.

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE YOUR OSHA 10 AND OSHA 510

2+ years of experience in a safety role; industry-specific experience is a plus. Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and other applicable safety standards. Strong communication and training skills.
