Louis Shift:
3PM – 11 PM |

Join our team as a Sanitation Lead —a critical support role that keeps our production lines safe, clean, and ready to deliver quality!
What You’ll Do:
Sanitize equipment, floors, and production areas to keep our facility spotless Support and guide your team in daily cleaning tasks—be a role model in action Follow food safety protocols (HACCP, GMP, SQF, USDA, FDA—you name it!) Help monitor supplies, report issues, and keep things running smoothly Communicate clearly in English (Spanish a plus!) and complete sanitation logs Fill in for the Sanitation Supervisor when needed
What You Bring:
2+ years of sanitation experience in food production or warehouse settings Dependable work ethic and attention to detail Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is a plus Must be 18+ and ready to work in a physically active role Team-first mindset with the ability to follow and give clear direction
