To enhance safety performance and communication across the site by hiring a dedicated, safety representative who can provide on-the-ground support, ensure compliance, and act as a point of contact for all safety-related incidents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct regular safety rounds across the facility Participate in incident investigations with Relativity EHS team, ensuring timely and thorough documentation and follow-up. Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for all safety-related incidents, providing real-time support and response. Support ongoing safety programs and compliance initiatives that are rolled out by Relativity EHS team. Communicate safety expectations and requirements effectively to a diverse workforce. Assist in new hire EHS training

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual (English and Spanish) – to effectively communicate with the full employee population. Safety background – preferably with experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or construction setting. Ability to walk, make rounds, and climb stairs throughout the facility regularly. Experience participating in or leading incident investigations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence safe behaviors.
