We’re looking for a detail-oriented Patient Specialist I to support safety data collection and follow-up for clinical trials and post-marketing activities. This remote role involves outbound outreach to healthcare professionals and consumers to gather and process adverse event information in compliance with regulatory standards. This is a full-time, remote based position in the
US. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Conduct follow-up calls and outreach to collect safety data. Process and review adverse event reports from clinical trials and spontaneous sources. Identify and query missing safety information. Enter data into safety databases and code events using MedDRA. Write patient narratives and ensure data quality and compliance. Support quality control, training, and client communications Will travel up to 5% travel as needed.
YOU NEED TO BRING
… Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field. Minimum 4 years of pharmacovigilance or safety experience . Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Experience with telephonic outreach, MedDRA coding, and safety databases.
Pay Range:
$72,200
