Role:

The Site EHS Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS programs that align with regulatory requirements and company policies. The coordinator will conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks. Additionally, the role involves training employees on EHS best practices and fostering a culture of safety within the workplace. Ultimately, the Site EHS Coordinator aims to create a safe and sustainable work environment that protects our employees and the surrounding community.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in an EHS role within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in safety management (e.g., CSP, CIH) or equivalent. Experience with ISO 14001 or

OHSAS 18001

standards. Familiarity with non-durable goods manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with EHS regulations. Develop and implement EHS training programs for employees at all levels. Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and recommending improvements. Collaborate with management to create and update EHS policies and procedures.
