Monday – Friday, 1st Shift Greene Resources is seeking a Junior EHS Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Develop, implement, and maintain safety procedures and policies. Champion behavior-based safety programs and 5S initiatives. Conduct safety assessments on equipment and recommend improvements. Manage Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures and oversee powered industrial truck safety. Lead incident reporting and investigations to drive continuous improvement. Support environmental compliance programs, including air quality, stormwater, and waste management. Oversee industrial hygiene efforts (e.g., noise monitoring, dust control, respirator programs). Coordinate and facilitate employee safety committee meetings. Assist with workers’ compensation cases and ensure regulatory compliance. Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Comfortable working in industrial environments and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
