Logs Lift training/Re-certifications Hosting SERG Training Workers Compensation investigation Quarterly Safety Meetings (host/organize) Hearing Tests (annually) – host/organize SERG Meetings (alternate day/nights) Conduct makeup refresher training 100% quarterly safety challenge completion Quarterly challenges starting day 1 of quarter SERG Leader OSHA Hours Report Safety Squad Monthly Meeting Safety AOTM recommendations Check in on new hires while walking the floor 30/60 Extinguisher and hoses checks and testing Job Hazard Analysis (2-4 per month) Host monthly EHS event review meeting Review work instructions (2-4 per month) Physically fully attend one EHS Audit Host Monthly shift to shift meeting Update Safety Boards with current information Check Fire Aisles and Extinguishers, PPE Compliance, Review Safety Boards, Lock-Out-Tag Out, etc. Conduct Safety Orientation 2 times a week along with lift training Update the number of safe days Respond to emails within 24 hours Qualifications Very detailed oriented Highly Organized Be able to speak in front of a group of people conducting and leading Safety meetings Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Must be punctual Be Flexible with working hours The ability to Sit, Stand, Push, Pull, Lift Frequently walking the production floor Gather Data to support
