We are actively hiring a Cannabis Extraction Specialist to join our licensed cannabis manufacturing facility in Hudson Valley, NY. This is a hands-on production role responsible for processing cannabis material into high-quality extracts, concentrates, and infused products. The ideal candidate has experience with cannabis extraction, solventless extraction, and/or food manufacturing. Culinary experience is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate cannabis extraction equipment, including solventless extraction (rosin press, ice water hash). Execute post-processing tasks Accurately record batch data, yields, lab notes, and compliance documentation. Follow all internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and New York State OCM cannabis regulations Collaborate with the manufacturing team on product formulation for edibles, concentrates, and vape cartridges. Perform equipment maintenance , cleaning, and general lab upkeep. Handle cannabis plant material, concentrates, and infused products in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner. Follow strict health & safety guidelines , proper PPE usage, and cleanliness standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of cannabis extraction experience (solvent-based or solventless extraction techniques). Culinary, food science, or commercial kitchen experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of cannabinoid profiles, terpene retention, and extraction efficiencies . Experience working in a cannabis lab, cannabis processing facility, or food manufacturing plant . Familiarity with New York Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) regulations . Understanding of lab equipment Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and documentation. Able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a physically active production environment.
