OnPoint Industrial Group is a national, full-service, Safety Consulting, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene and Confined Space Rescue company. We are currently seeking Project Field Safety Advisor’s based in and around Fairless Hills , PA Interested Local Safety Professionals should apply: Project Field Safety Advisor are responsible for ensuring the implementation and adherence to safety protocols and regulations at project sites. This role involves conducting safety inspections, training, and promoting a culture of safety to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety Inspections and Audits:

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits at project sites. Identify potential OSHA Violations and safety hazards and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.

Incident Investigation:

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes. Prepare detailed reports and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.

Training and Education:

Develop and deliver safety training programs for site personnel. Ensure all employees are aware of and understand safety policies and procedures.

Safety Planning:

Assist in the development and implementation of site-specific safety plans. Collaborate with project management to integrate safety into project planning and execution.

Regulatory Compliance:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and standards. Ensure all safety documentation and records are complete and compliant.

Emergency Response:

Develop and implement emergency response plans. Coordinate and conduct emergency drills and training.

Communication and Reporting:

Communicate safety expectations and updates to site personnel. Provide regular safety performance reports to management.

Continuous Improvement:

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive safety management. Identify opportunities for improving safety practices and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a Safety related field is a plus CSP or CHST certifications preferred but not required. Heathcare Facility construction / Safety preferred OSHA 30 Construction;

OSHA 500 , OSHA 510

Ability to work independently and on multiple projects. Must be a progressive learner who is willing and able to grow into larger roles of responsibility. Available to work long hours, including weekends based on the project schedule

Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices
