job summary: A Construction Technical Authority is needed for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Marietta, PA area. This role leads the planning, implementation, and oversight of all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements throughout the life cycle of large construction projects, requiring experience with EHS standards, project coordination, contractor oversight, and stakeholder engagement.

Marietta, Pennsylvania job type: Contract salary: $46.19 – 64.20 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Understand project details, site conditions, regulatory and client safety requirements, risks, schedule, and key personnel.
Provide input on contracting, procurement, and project execution strategy (PEP).Participate in constructability reviews.
Define and write the Client’s EHS strategy and Construction Safety Plan (pCSP).Align roles and responsibilities with host site EHS team, including emergency and permitting strategies.
Define process for Transfer of Responsibility (ToR) or Safe Systems of Work (SSoW).Collaborate with Client’s Design Coordinator for preconstruction EHS documentation.
Approve Management of Contractor (MoC)’s Construction Safety Plan (CSP) prior to site work.
Verify MoC’s Safety Schedule and ensure visibility on site.
Maintain ongoing communication with project leaders, host site, and corporate EHS.Manage EHS responsibility boundaries and interfaces.
Ensure systems for asset handover and EHS ToR back to host site at project completion. #LI-VG1 qualifications: Experience level:
