Employee must have car/ride to meetup point, transportation to job sites included. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Surfshine Cleaners. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene for our clients. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, has exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of client properties, including but not limited to: dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and polishing surfaces. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Handle cleaning equipment and supplies with care, ensuring proper maintenance and safety protocols are followed. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide a positive customer experience. Work independently and as part of a team, ensuring all cleaning duties are completed on schedule. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times while on-site.
