USD Hourly Description:

JDP is seeking a SQF Practitioner in Anderson, SC area! The candidate will be responsible for all food safety and SQF programs in the plant.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute in plant procedures to achieve food safety and quality requirements Oversee compliance and maintain SQF systems Ensure ongoing compliance and certification Be the plants SQF certification contact, specifically during audits Assist in annual SQF audits, and develop and maintain an action plan following audits Verify employee food safety training is conducted in a timely manner with proper documentation Provide guidance & leadership where potential risks have been identified Follow all established programs, policies, and practices Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the

SQF 2000

Systems Requirements:

Associates degree in the areas of food science or microbiology, dairy/bakery or food science Effective oral and written communication skills. Proficient Microsoft Office skills. Ability to record testing data.
