The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. This role involves conducting safety training, inspections, and audits, as well as investigating incidents and ensuringpliance with all relevant safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures inpliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensurepliance with safety standards.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and rmend corrective actions.
• Conduct safety training sessions for employees on topics such as hazard recognition, emergency response, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.
• Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure ongoingpliance.
• Prepare and present safety reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety-related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
• Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct effective training sessions and presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in safety management (e.

g., CSP, ASP) is a plus.
