Position Description :
The Administrator (Safety & Training) processes BEC’s safety and training information including record and document management, reporting, event coordination, scheduling, data generation, and data administration.
Responsibilities :
Serve BEC employees by facilitating online training, managing training records, maintaining apprentice records, scheduling training events, and supporting the preparation of safety plans. (one-Community) Manage certification/qualification expirations and generate renewal notifications. Maintain safety meeting attendance records. Identify and communicate training requirement deficiencies. Ensure completion of incident recurrence controls and support the preparation of lessons learned reports. (full-Commitment) Maintain employee development plans and shared folders of safety and training documents. Support incident reporting and verify report accuracy. Record safety equipment assignments and organize inspections. (true-Craftsmanship) Maintain accurate safety metrics. Collect and report incident related costs. Prepare and submit audit-ready apprenticeship records. Administer customer safety websites, questionnaires, and submittals. (high-Character) Perform other duties as assigned.
