Key Responsibilities:

Help individuals with mental health conditions or disabilities find and maintain competitive employment. Build relationships with employers to create job opportunities that match clients’ skills and interests. Assist clients in job searching, applications, resume building, and interview preparation. Work one-on-one with clients to identify strengths, work preferences, and career goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Will be required to complete initial IPS training . Familiarity with the mental health services field is preferred. Strong communication, problem solving, and networking skills.
