Main Mission:
To provide HSE personnel and associates with the assistance and support necessary to ensurea safe workimg environment and maintain compliance with applicable HSE programs, regulatios and laws.
Main Activities:
Support HSE Personnel
Conduct environmental and safety inspections and audits, including but not limited to: air emissions, hazardous waste, universal waste, storm water, wastewater, first aid, PPE, daily walk-throughs, etc.
Manage and file records and documentation specific to Health, Safety and Environmental, including SDS
Create and revise HSE communications, work instructions and procedures
Update HSE documentation (e.g., risk assessment, impact analysis, etc.)
Conduct research to support HSE (supplies, PPE, etc.)
Conduct TOP Safety Observations
Maintain record-keeping of TOP Safety Observation Cards
Conduct HSE Training Requirements:
Familiar with TOSHA and environmental standards, preferred
Pursuing safety or environmental degree, preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent communication skills
Able to interface with all levels of the organization.
Ability to learn the overall processes to each department.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Occasional travel to other US facilities.

RCRA Hazardous Waste Management Certification (initially and annually)
DOT Hazardous Materials Transportation Certification (initially and every 3 years)
