Full Job Description Job Description:

Torch Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Analyst to join our security team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in information security, cyber threat analysis, and incident response, along with a demonstrated ability to operate in a high-security environment. This role is critical in protecting our organization’s systems, data, and infrastructure against internal and external threats. This position requires an active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities:

Interface with senior agency leadership and government officials on a day-to-day basis. Investigate and respond to security incidents, perform root cause analysis and remediation. Process and track PSQs and program access requests. Assist in providing the execution of security policies and procedures under the direction of the PSO. Present indoctrination, debrief, and refresher training for program briefed personnel regarding obligations to protect classified information.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of experience in a DoD, DoE or other industrial security program and in-depth knowledge of the DoD, DoE or other government security regulatory manual. Have a working knowledge and experience with Special Access Program (SAP) and Classified Program with the DoD. Active Top Secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship (Required for clearance validation). Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be willing to actively communicate with co-workers, program leaderships, and clients. Ability to creatively approach and solve situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledgeable/experience working with security clearance databases (ex:

DISS/JADE/SIMS

). Security related DCSA Certifications helpful. U.S. Citizenship Required for this
