Banner Defense has an immediate opening for a dynamic, hardworking STRIKE Knowledge Manager to join our diverse and thriving company. Our contributions across the defense and aerospace industries include program management, engineering support (hardware, software and design engineering), cybersecurity, program protection and security, logistics support, acquisition management and test and evaluation.
Position Description:
In this role as the STRIKE Knowledge Manager, you will get to champion process improvements supporting knowledge capture and transfer, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. You will serve as the Project Office’s system administrator for knowledge management, process improvement, website and SharePoint maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop ways to use knowledge management (KM) concepts and techniques, streamline processes and enhance information sharing. Develop a robust roadmap strategy for implementing knowledge management that builds upon industry best practices and leverages tooling and process advancements. Support the development and implementation of training on KM processes, tooling, and content management best practices. Evaluate, revise, and continuously improve the KM Framework workflow and procedures Modernize DB (Access, SharePoint) to include tables, queries, relationships, forms and reports as well as customize configuration options. Develop, manage, and administer Command SharePoint apps/sites/tools and processes. Develop and maintain organization KM SOPs. Advise Government leadership on KM, data management, data security. Understand how Artificial Intelligence tools impact organizational KM platform and data.
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts 10+ years of related experience Advanced knowledge and skill with MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Expertise of Microsoft SharePoint environment and workflow process tools Expertise with Microsoft 365 integration Active Secret Clearance Travel may be required
