Job Description

Manager, Asset Protection
Job Summary Plans, develops, and executes aprehensive asset protection program for the field. Designs program methodologies that drive partnerships with internal stakeholders and delivers profit improvements through shrink elimination. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities Develops and executes an asset protection program in the field.
Plans, develops, and executes short- and long-term strategies to protectpany assets, including physical security critical infrastructure, operational excellence, and loss elimination.
Coordinates and maintains partnerships with allpany departments to positively impact asset protection metrics.
Develops high quality training to support loss elimination.
Evaluates operational processes for areas of opportunity and shrink elimination and develops plans to mitigate losses.
Establishes standards and performance expectations for asset protection goals.
Identifies theft and fraud activity within the field and partners with management to resolve cases.
Manages a team of asset protection professionals, including performance managing, coaching, and providing opportunities for growth and development. Nature and Scope Solutions require analysis and investigation.
Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.
Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff. Work Environment Located in afortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Most of the time is spent sitting in afortable position and t is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions t may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Education and Experience Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
