Qualifications:

The skills and requirements for this position include but are not limited to:; Two years management experience in a security environment: law enforcement or military experience preferred. Trained in the Florida School Guardian Program preferred, but not required. Proficiency in writing reports; Strong observation and quick decision-making skills Proficiency in using electronics; Management experience Consistently wear a sharp uniform; High level of customer service skills;

Manage conflict resolution and respond to incidents promptly. Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and maintain accurate documentation regarding sites and officers. Manage Timesheets and submit timesheets for approval. Interview and conduct onboarding briefings. Other duties as required.
