This role involves a variety of tasks including but not limited to: Overseeing security operations across multiple locations. Collaborating with Site Supervisors and Managers to ensure accurate payroll and billing processes. Leading the recruitment process, aligning with industry standards and growth opportunities. Implementing Succession Planning and mentoring for managers and supervisors. Managing the floater and applicant pools. Providing emergency response and operational support as needed. Overseeing inventory and ordering of uniforms, equipment, and supplies like cell phones. Managing and monitoring the use of fleet and golf carts, including inspections, inventory, and maintenance. Engaging in client meetings to ensure satisfaction and success in meeting their needs. Assisting in field operations related to client relations and special assignments. Coordinating and supporting the onboarding of new clients. Working with the Director of Human Resources on employee relations issues.
