Role:

We’re looking for a seasoned District Asset Protection Manager to lead safety, security, and loss prevention across 25+ retail dispensary locations. This critical role will manage field security operations, investigations, compliance programs, and vendor partnerships while training teams and driving a culture of safety and accountability.

What You’ll Do:

Lead asset protection strategy and execution across retail sites Investigate theft, fraud, and integrity violations; partner with law enforcement Oversee audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives Manage security systems, vendors, and budgets Deliver training and support incident response

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years in asset protection or security management Strong leadership, investigation, and systems expertise Wicklander-Zulawski certification preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/military service preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Tableau, etc.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, stand/walk frequently, and work in confined spaces Exposure to dust, pollen, plant pathogens, loud noise, and PPE-required environments Flexible and adaptable to changing operational conditions
