Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee our security operations, manage client relationships, and ensure the highest safety and security standards. This position requires a skilled leader with a security management and sales background. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing teams, interacting with clients, and driving sales growth in a security-related environment. Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred, as you will be working with a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of security services, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of security solutions. Manage security personnel, providing leadership, training, and support to maintain high performance. Develop and implement security protocols, risk assessments, and emergency procedures. Monitor and evaluate security performance metrics, adjusting strategies to ensure the achievement of security goals.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and productive relationships. Address client concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide regular updates and reports to clients on security operations and performance. Collaborate with clients to tailor security solutions that meet their specific needs.
Sales and Business Development:
Drive new business development by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the security sector. Work closely with the sales team to generate proposals, respond to RFPs, and close sales. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, presenting security solutions that align with their objectives. Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the security industry.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of security officers and other staff members, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence. Conduct regular training and development programs for team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Manage staffing levels, including recruitment, retention, and scheduling.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to security operations. Prepare and present detailed reports on security activities, incidents, and performance to upper management. Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure all security measures are being followed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in security management, with a strong background in operations and sales. Proven experience managing client relationships and driving business growth in the security industry. Previous experience managing and leading teams in a security or related field.
Skills:
Strong sales and business development skills with the ability to close deals and grow client accounts. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
