Will be able to oversee and enhance our security operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure the safety of personnel, property, and assets. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to risk management. Duties Develop and enforce security protocols and procedures to safeguard company assets. Conduct regular assessments of security systems and practices to identify vulnerabilities. Manage a team of security personnel, providing training and guidance to ensure compliance with established standards. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed. Oversee incident response planning and execution, including investigations into security breaches or incidents. Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and investigations. Engage in technical sales efforts related to security solutions, including territory management and account management. Support inside sales initiatives by providing insights into customer needs regarding security services. Conduct cold calling to potential clients to promote security services and solutions. Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Proven experience in a security management role or similar position. Strong understanding of technical sales processes related to security products and services. Experience in territory management and account management within the B2B sector is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. Demonstrated ability in sales management, retail sales, or inside sales is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications in security management or related fields are advantageous.
