Job Summary:

Job1USA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Security Manager to oversee multi-state security operations. This leadership role is responsible for managing security personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements, and driving operational excellence across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic problem-solving abilities, and experience managing large security teams across different regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee security operations across multiple states, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with regulations. Supervise and support Security Site Supervisors, Security Managers, and security personnel across assigned locations. Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to maintain operational excellence. Conduct site visits, audits, and risk assessments to ensure safety and compliance. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and developing solutions to meet their security needs. Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce deployment to ensure adequate coverage at all sites. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for security personnel. Monitor and manage security budgets, expenses, and operational efficiency. Investigate security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed. Analyze security data and provide reports on trends, risks, and areas for improvement. Travel to various job sites within the region as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 3 years in a multi-site or regional management role. Security Guard certification/license (as required by state or local regulations). Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Experience with security systems, surveillance technology, and risk management practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and security management software. Ability to travel frequently between job sites (valid driver’s license required). Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
