Job Description Summary:

Assist in developing, organizing, and directing effective planning and security coverage for members of The Coca-Cola Company’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Board of Directors, and associates designated by the Chief Security Officer, both domestically and internationally. The candidate would also lead the security efforts for select meetings and events attended by ELT members.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

Assist with all executive protection security related matters for major special events (FIFA, Olympics, etc.) by working closely with on-site GSAP and third-party security personnel and provide event security training as needed. Develop, implement, and maintain emergency response and crisis management plans for special events including but not limited to appearances by executives and those designated by the CSO. Manage security vendor relationships and contracts for on the ground coverage of special events and executive protection in consultation with GSAP regional and local security teams. Perform security assessments at residences of ELT members and those designated by the CSO, and make recommendation for security enhancements. Liaise as needed with senior executives and management at locations worldwide and prepare after-action reports outlining security coverage for events and protection details. Maintain relationships with domestic and international law enforcement agencies at the local and national level, U.S. State Dept, and other related security agencies.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Related Work Experience:

5 years or more years related work experience with enhanced knowledge and experience in executive protection.

Functional Skills:
Security/Law Enforcement Knowledge:

Knowledge of domestic and international law enforcement/security organizations; include the ability to develop strategic liaison/contact with such organizations to accomplish security-related missions.

Provide Global Asset Protection Strategies:

Knowledge of strategies used to enhance the overall security posture to counter evolving threats to the global business system; includes the ability to enhance the system’s response to issues/incidents based on lessons learned from the previous incidents and validation exercises. Provide security advice and counsel to the global business enterprise.

Threat Intelligence:

Develop and maintain liaison with extensive network of global law enforcement, intelligence and other government agencies and peers.

Threat Assessment:

Provide incident specific assessments for security/political issues, global special events or executive travel using developed global networks of law enforcement, intelligence, other government agencies, open sources and subscription services.

Investigative Procedures and Skills:

Knowledge of interview techniques and procedures used to collect pertinent security-related information; includes the ability to recognize circumstances that may require further investigation and knowledge of procedures for arranging such investigations.

Pay Range:

$122,000 – $142,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
