Develop and implement security policies, programs, andprocedures to address identified vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards. Design and oversee the installation of security systems, including video surveillance, accesscontrol, and intrusion detection systems, to safeguard facilities and information and to ensure seamless operation across various security platforms. Ensure all security systems areoperational 24/7 through proactive system monitoring, maintenance, and coordination with technical teams. Perform regular security audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness ofexisting measures and recommend improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security considerations into organizational processes and projects. Managingsecurity-related budgets and schedules, ensuring cost-effective and timely implementation of security initiatives. Conduct safety management activities during construction and systemimplementation, including OSHA-compliant practices (e.g., OSHA 10 certified site safety management).
