Security Manager Position Available In Forsyth, North Carolina

Security Manager Confidential Winston-Salem, NC 27105 Seeking a Security Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers, staff, and facilities. Responsibilities Develop and implement security protocols. Ensure the security team adheres to security protocols, assessing those entering gates and monitoring surveillance systems, as well as conducting regular inspections of the premises. Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies as needed. Train staff on safety procedures and emergency response protocols. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities. Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing first aid when necessary. Requirements Proven experience (5 years) in managing people, to include management of a security team and working with other departments to ensure security protocols are appropriate. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required. Knowledge of law enforcement practices and loss prevention strategies. Experience with CCTV systems and surveillance technology is essential.
