Security Site Manager Confidential Goshen, NY 10924 Job Summary The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the site, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all personnel and visitors. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage conflicts while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The Site Manager will implement security protocols, supervise staff, and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed. Duties Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols. Manage and train security personnel, ensuring they are equipped to handle various situations. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor site activities. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage. Address conflicts promptly and effectively, utilizing conflict management skills. Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and staff performance. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to enhance site security. Ensure all safety equipment is operational and staff are trained in CPR and first aid procedures. Requirements Previous experience in a militarized or law enforcement role is preferred. Certification in conflict management or loss prevention is a plus. Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and conducting surveillance activities. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergencies. CPR and first aid certification required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe.
