SECURITY ACCOUNT MANAGER

$85,000 – $90,000 per year

Job Summary :

The Security Account Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of security operations at a designated corporate location. This role serves as the primary liaison between the client and the security team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service, consistent performance, and adherence to all contractual obligations. The Security Account Manager will manage daily operations, supervise on-site personnel, address client concerns, and implement strategies to maintain a safe and secure environment. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to dynamic situations in a professional corporate setting. Primary Responsibilities The following outline reflects the general scope and nature of the work associated with this position. It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or requirements. Employees may be assigned additional tasks as needed to meet operational and organizational objectives. Respond promptly and appropriately to calls and emails regarding on-site issues or emergencies. Ensure coverage of all open posts, including personally covering shifts when necessary, and managing overtime assignments effectively. Review, approve, or deny employee time-off requests in accordance with company policy. Oversee and maintain accurate payroll records for all site employees. Ensure all assigned duties are executed in a timely and effective manner. Train new security officers and provide ongoing training and development for existing staff. Assist staff in managing incidents, medical situations, and staff turnover, while supporting the achievement of KPI goals. Monitor CCTV and alarm systems to confirm proper functionality and report any irregularities. Manage uniform inventory, including ordering and distribution for all security personnel. Enforce uniform standards by ensuring all staff are in proper attire while on duty.

Qualifications:

At least 18 years of age Retired Armed Officer Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or related field and 5 years of progressively responsible law enforcement and/or emergency response experience. Proven experience cultivating and building relationships with diverse populations and actively engaging with stakeholders to build rapport and embracing evolving needs of the community.

Skills/Abilities:

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions. Excellent planning, organization, and leadership/supervisory skills. Strong customer service and quality orientation.
