Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Low Voltage Security Manager to lead our Low Voltage Security division. This role oversees daily operations, including team management, client relations, and departmental performance. The ideal candidate will drive growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality service to our customers. This is a full-time, on-site position and is not eligible for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead daily operations of the Low Voltage Security Department Hire, train, coach, discipline, and, when necessary, terminate team members Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff Develop and execute sales strategies and operational goals Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Promote teamwork and collaboration across departments Resolve conflicts and customer complaints professionally and efficiently Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members Serve as a role model for professionalism and integrity Ensure all safety protocols and security SOPs are maintained

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in security, low voltage, or a related field At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience High school diploma or GED required Strong knowledge of systems including: Electronic security systems Access control CCTV/video surveillance BDA systems Gate controls Intercoms Networking and IoT devices Central station monitoring Excellent communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Must be willing to work in all weather conditions and without direct supervision Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Must pass a background check
