What You’ll Do:
As the Security Operations Manager, you’ll be the on-site leader and key liaison between DSI and our client. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, ensure staff coverage, and uphold the highest standards in service delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing security operations to maintain a safe, secure environment for staff, visitors, and patients. Managing scheduling, staffing, and administrative records. Providing coaching and leadership to on-site security personnel. Promoting a proactive safety culture by identifying and resolving potential hazards. Acting as the primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management. Ensuring compliance with client expectations, DSI policies, and post orders.
What You Bring:
A passion for leadership, safety, and service. 3+ years of security management experience. Prior experience in contract security, military, or law enforcement. Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills. Basic to intermediate computer proficiency. Ability to conduct foot patrols, lift moderately heavy items, and work in various weather conditions. Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license required. Reliable transportation and communication. Must pass background check and drug screening. #KNOX
