Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any suspicious activities or incidents. Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to monitor activities. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, ensuring proper protocols are followed. Provide assistance during conflicts or disturbances, utilizing conflict management skills. Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor. Prepare detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary for investigations or emergencies. Skills Proficiency in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies. Knowledge of CPR and First Aid practices is highly desirable. Experience in law enforcement or military service is a plus. Strong conflict management abilities to handle difficult situations effectively. Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security technologies. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
