Requirements Position Name :

Shift Lead Security Officer Shift:

Mon-Fri (5am-1pm)

Pay Rate:

$17.00-$18.50/

Hour Position Summary :

This position is a lead position which has a level of responsibility. It requires attention to detail and a sense of responsibility. Additional training will be required but will be completed on the job.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform leadership and organization tasks to ensure team members work efficiently and effectively during their respective shifts.
• Lead employees and assist with tasks as necessary
• Assign duties to specific employees based on role and skills
• Train new and current team members on tasks
• Handle customer issues and manage conflicts
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Experience Qualifications :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills like decision-making, motivation and goal setting
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Conflict resolution skills
• Comfortable with workplace technology such as computer software and tablets

Education Qualifications :

• High Scholl Diploma Required
• Some College Preferred
• 6 months of Security experience

Alabama Security Company License:
