Job Requirements:

+ Must be 21 years of age or older. + Armed security officer (must pass Armed training, have valid pistol permit). + Three+ Years of Military, Law Enforcement, or Armed Security Experience; or 4+ Years of Unarmed Security Experience + Pass a background investigation + Complete a psychological assessment + Pass an annual physical fitness assessment + Pass medical exam to test vision & hearing (ability to distinguish color is required).

Job Description:

+ A curious nature that helps you to remain aware of the activities around you. + Possess strong physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods. + Provide excellent customer service, assisting and addressing the concerns of visitors and employees. + The ability to remain calm, solve problems, and act effectively in a critical situation. + Monitor access points, employing verification procedures to authenticate the identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises, in support of a secure environment. + Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and other incidents, employing appropriate actions as identified in established procedures. + Maintain meticulous and accurate logs detailing activities, incidents, and noteworthy observations to facilitate thorough reporting and analysis. + Must have basic computer experience and the ability to use a tablet to conduct security reports. + Enforce security procedures in the relevant Security Post Instruction. + Always look professional in a clean and pressed uniform. + Informs and ensures compliance of SEI and Clients policies, such as smoking, loitering, parking violations, etc. Security Engineers, Inc.
