Training Certificate. Must be at least 21 years old . Must possess an Alabama Pistol Permit (preferred). Must be able to pass a pistol qualification course. (Both written and range qualifications). Must pass a behavioral assessment. Pass medical exam to test vision & hearing (ability to distinguish color is required). Must pass drug screening. Must have a clean MVR. (Requirement for Driving Positions) Ability to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), if needed. A curious nature that helps you to remain aware of the activities around you. Possess strong physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods Monitor access points, employing verification procedures to authenticate the identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises, in support of a secure environment. Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and other incidents, employing appropriate actions as identified in established procedures. Must have basic computer experience and the ability to use a tablet to conduct security reports. Maintain meticulous and accurate logs detailing activities, incidents, and noteworthy observations to facilitate thorough reporting and analysis.
