We are currently seeking vigilant and dedicated individuals to join our team as Security Personnel at Courtyard 280 Oyster Bar and Grill. As a Security Personnel, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patrons and staff. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being of everyone on the premises and to uphold the rules and regulations of the establishment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the premises, checking identification as necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address potential security risks to the manager on duty for the shift.
• Handle situations, alongside the managers, including but not limited to, unruly patrons, disturbances, or emergencies.
• Collaborate with other staff members and management to maintain a cohesive and safe environment.
• Assist in enforcing the bar’s policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring a secure atmosphere.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, following proper protocols.
• Report any incidents, disturbances, or suspicious activities to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in security or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
