The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This role involves monitoring premises, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Security Guard will play a crucial role in preventing theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities while providing excellent customer service. Duties Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security protocols are being followed. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action as needed. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the facility. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, maintaining communication regarding any security concerns. Document incidents accurately in reports for future reference and analysis. Engage in conflict management to de-escalate tense situations effectively while maintaining professionalism. Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to identify suspicious activities or breaches of security. Experience Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is an advantage. Experience in conflict management or militarized training can enhance the effectiveness of the candidate in this role.
