Looking for a self motivated, knowledgeable and experienced team lead candidate. Looking for someone who is accountable, responsible and dedicated to the standards we pride in. Candidate must engage, communicate and interact regularly with our employees and find solutions when issues arise. Must have open availability, and must be trainable and teachable. In this position, you will play a critical role at Southern Jamm and lead security personnel, developing strategy, setting goals, and providing performance and professional development feedback. We are looking for someone who is wanting something long term. Someone who is wanting to grow within a company. This will be a full time 3rd shift position.
