00001 Job Skills / Requirements Control Room Operator 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

Job Requirements:

+ Must be at least 21 years of age. + Must have a TWIC card. + Must have basic computer experience and/or the ability to use a tablet to conduct security reports. + Previous customer service, security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus. Primary roles of this Security Officer position: + Monitor CCTVs for the site. + Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and other incidents, utilizing appropriate actions and established protocols. + Enforce security procedures in the relevant Security Post Instruction. + Execute routine tasks with proficiency, such as securely locking and unlocking doors, activating, and deactivating security systems, and diligently monitoring surveillance feeds for signs of potential threats or breaches. + Dispatch fire, medial, chemical and traffic accidents. + Answer associate phone calls who are calling in late or absent and put into data base. + Must have strong verbal, problem-solving, and follow-up skills; and the ability to coordinate and perform several tasks simultaneously. + A highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can work independently. + Answer duress alarms. + Prevent loss to client property from fire or equipment failure. + Informs and ensures compliance of SEI and Clients policies, such as smoking, loitering, parking violations, etc. Education Requirements (Any) High School Diploma or equivalent Certification Requirements (Any) Alabama Security Regulatory Board License Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses TWIC card Additional Information / Benefits Security Engineers offers competitive wages and benefits.
