This is a Full Time Position. Primary working Hours Monday-Friday(8am-4pm)
Job Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older. Armed Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience (3+ years) preferred. 1+ years of Supervisory and Customer Service preferred. Must have Site Supervisor experience or experience managing a team of 20+ employees daily. Armed security officer (must pass Armed training, have valid pistol permit). This is a driving post (must have good MVR). Ability to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), if needed. Must have flexibility of scheduling to cover shifts if needed.

Job Description:
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse workforce, Client Base, and supporting Management and Leadership Team. Conduct regular walking patrols to improve the safety of individuals and proactively identify and report security concerns. Monitor facility access points, employing verification procedures to authenticate the identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises, in support of a secure environment. Maintain precise and detailed logs documenting activities, incidents, and notable observations, facilitating comprehensive reporting and analysis for enhanced security measures. Enforce security procedures in the relevant Security Post Instruction. Execute routine tasks with proficiency, such as securely locking and unlocking doors, activating, and deactivating security systems, and diligently monitoring surveillance feeds for signs of potential threats or breaches. Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and other incidents, utilizing appropriate actions and established protocols. Always look professional in a clean and pressed uniform.
