The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. • 5PM (Full Time and Part Time) Duties
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing first aid or CPR as necessary.
• Enforce security policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential hazards or security breaches.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary and provide detailed reports on incidents.
• Engage in conflict management strategies to de-escalate potential disturbances or confrontations.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or fraud attempts and taking appropriate action. Experience
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is a plus.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
