The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, strong observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Schedule Wednesday-Sunday 1pm-9pm Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any suspicious activities or incidents. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, ensuring appropriate action is taken. Manage access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering the premises. Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, observations, and activities. Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary to ensure safety protocols are followed. Provide first aid assistance as needed and maintain a first aid kit on-site. Skills First Aid certification is preferred; CPR certification is a plus. Strong conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations effectively. Background in law enforcement or military service is advantageous. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
