•Our Security Company is looking to expand in the Jax FL general area. We are looking for a full-time assistant site supervisor who can manage and oversee multiple security sites. The security our company provides is highly specialized and mainly geared to Restricted Area Security. W e mainly guard maritime facilities and oil/gas terminals•all security which is under the direction of the Unites States Coast Guard and Homeland Security. A TWIC Card (Transportation Working Identification Card) is
REQUIRED
to work on Restricted Area sites•thus you cannot work for us WITHOUT One.

Site Supervisor:
Hire/Fire a dedicated team of employees (manage via online HR program) Create and Manage the security schedule for all sites under your direction (using online scheduling program) If a hole in the schedule occurs, you are required to fill post accordingly Discipline employees as needed You will be required to work on post between 50 to 75% of your time Work with current Site Supervisor and fill in where needed Work with corporate to duly carry out all corporate directives Work with local client to ensure seamless security operations Hours available: Variable by guaranteed 40 hours per week.
Actual Security Job Duties:
Provide security services at critical infrastructure facilities while complying with stringent government regulations Ensure personal safety of staff, visitors and property Respond and investigate appropriately to situations reported Check identification and badges of persons entering the facility Provide escort services for ships and other facilities by utilizing provided golf cart Maintain logs and records of occurrences (Daily Activity Reports will need to be written every shift and attention to detail required) Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, screening personal items, inspecting dock and access points; permitting entry and deterring trespassers per USCG and US Customs regulations
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
Possess VALID Security Officer License Have a
VALID TWIC
card (apply at tsa.gov/TWIC) Have a VALID Driver’s License
PAID PRE-EMPLOYMENT TRAINING AFTER 1ST WEEK OF WORK
