The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance and conflict management, ensuring that all security protocols are followed diligently. Schedule Multiple schedules available! Duties Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to detect and respond to security breaches or suspicious activities. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security compliance. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Manage conflicts effectively using conflict management skills to de-escalate potential issues. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary, providing detailed reports on incidents as required. Provide first aid assistance as needed; certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing preventive measures. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes. Requirements Previous experience in security or law enforcement is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and equipment, particularly CCTV systems. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills. Must possess a keen sense of observation and attention to detail. A background in military service is advantageous but not mandatory.
