The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, and a proactive approach to surveillance and loss prevention. Responsibilities Monitor premises through CCTV and physical patrols to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills as necessary. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential security risks or breaches. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, ensuring the well-being of individuals on-site. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or suspicious activities. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities encountered during shifts. Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures. Engage with staff and visitors to promote a secure environment through effective communication. Experience Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention techniques is highly desirable. Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus; candidates should be willing to obtain certification if not already held. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
